RitaR
I think I mentioned this before, if so forgive me. We made decorated bras so folks could buy votes for the one they liked the best. Well My bra that was decorated, took in the most money.. got the most votes.. now they have decided to raffle them off at the show next month. The money from these bra's, ALL goes to Breast Cancer Research. I felt bad that in all that we only took in $56 . YAHHH It was named Petals Of Passion. The pink really got their attention. too funny.Oh Haines donated the bras $32 range, now is closing their plant here,, our member was plant manager for 13 years, now has to find jobs for 142 people, plus herself.. My heart breaks.
sewlinzi
Fabulous bra - you really would have to wear it on the outside!
kennan100
How pretty! It really is an eye catcher! Now, Rita, tell the truth. You know you tried it on, was Himself suitably impressed? Or did you make him put it on so you could check it for finishing touches? :D
kimmiequilts
It's beautiful Rita, have you contacted the Art Bra calendar people? It's Victoria Adams Brown. http://www.quiltersofsc.org/artfullbras/artfullbras.htm and here's a different one. Yours would definitely fit the bill for the calendars! Thanks for sharing! witha'K'quilting
I wanted to have the guild here make decorated bras too and show them...but I don't belong to the guild anymore and my girlfiend guessed that they wouldn't go for it anyways. Too bad. If anyone else's guild ever does this...let me know as I would like to make a bra for the cause!
