newellyn
I ran across this on another forum and wondered if anyone has tried it on a Millie. It looks very interesting. http://www.leadergrips.com

Sandra Darlington
I missed them, too. I just watched their U-Tube video and that is an interesting system. Does anyone have it?

Gretchen
Look Ma, no pins!! Very appealing to me, those stupid pins get me every time. Quicker than zippers too. I wonder how well they hold?

njquiltergirl
I stabbed myself twice yeserday and had to stop working because of the bleeding. The quilt was white and I could not risk it! Good question about how well they hold...how tight can we crank it?? What about easing in fullness in wonky borders?? Lisa

newellyn
OK, I'll be the test case and order some. I float my tops so easing any irregularities isn't an issue for me. AND I am really tired of impaling myself on the darn pins every quilt. I tried the sewing to leader method and really found that to be cumbersome. One of my reasons for wanting a longarm was to not have to wrangle a king sized quilt back through the domestic maching again. And I didn't enjoy pulling staples either. Maybe I'm just toooo lazy. Anyway, I'll order today and let you know.
