bobbi Posted December 10, 2011 Report Share Posted December 10, 2011 YAY! It's done and it's shipping tomorrow... It has issues, my own fault! I've always quilted with the top thread matching the top and the bottom matching the bottom. Before if they showed, they would "sink" into the quilt when it was dunked and dried... Not so much this time... Lesson learned. There are some places where the navy bottom thread shows - mostly pin dots. Ah well, it mostly looks great so I'm relatively happy... I have about $2100 in time and materials, and am getting about a third of that. "Friends and Family discounts" ya know... I do think it's the last time I'll piece and quilt for anyone!!!
