I did freehand quilting on the interior of the quilt and used a QZ board for the Ribbon Candy in the black border and my CL Bead Board for the gold outer border. I used Glide thread in Sand for the everything except the black border, where I used black thread. I didn't change bobbin colors when I switched to the black but now I wish I had. I can see black threads on the gold backing.
