chickenscratch
My entire family is fine. Our house has no damage. The tornadoes went south and east of where we live. I am wondering about Norece. They said some of the ones around Nashville area were really bad. Norece, if you are out there, check in so I'll know you are okay. Quilting Heidi
Teresa, I\'m glad you are safe. Shocked this morning to see the news and 47 people lost their lives! It has been a strange winter. We\'re getting very heavy rain yesterday and today in the Northeast...tonight it is changing to sleet/freezing rain and then to snow...not fun to dig out! Stay safe! sewlinzi
I just saw the freak weather that you have had on the UK news and I wondered how you were. So glad you are OK - what devastation, though! LINZI x
Mary Beth
Teresa, Happy to hear that you survived the terrible weather. I was concerned with my parents as they talked about Springfield on our weather, but it was well south of them on the Arkansas side of the line. Our thoughts and prayers are with the families facing such heartache today.

Bonnie
I just called what I thought was Norece\'s home phone, but it turned out to be her work number. Sorry Norece....but was worried that you weren\'t okay. The person who answered said she was all okay and would pass on that I called.

jajab
I was watching the news today and a firefighter saw what he thought was a baby doll in a field, but when the doll moved her realized that it was a little boy, 11 months old. He was about 100 yards from where his house was. He was a little bruised up. Unfortunately his mom didn\'t make it. I don\'t think they mentioned a father. It was such a sad story. chickenscratch
I heard that on the news this morning too. I truly believe that was a miracle. We have to go to Jackson tomorrow on some business. I\'m afraid I will fall apart when I see all the destruction. It was just TOO close to home.
