Georgene
I just looked on the blog and that is a gorgeous quilt, Stewart. I have yet to use the CL feathers on a border, that looks really nice. Was it hard to do?
stewyscrewy
No mam what I did was to leave the needle down in the quilt at the end of the stem either end then lift the stylus and slide the cl base to the next position and drop stylus and continue stiching . hope this is clear as mud for you. as I dont have a vidoe to show everyone. I want to make notice that I dont have the straight line cross hatch template only the curved one, most of the stright line was free handed because the lizzy and grace frame have not stop locks on them. TAQuilts
Just finished this one. It's all CL except for the Freehand vines in the green inner border. I used the Ginko template and the mini featherz for the center motifs, then I used the Tile board for the piano key border. I used the 48" crosshatch board with the front pop up thingy to do the crosshatching in the background area. Terry
