LibbyG 1,018 Report post Posted June 27, 2017 When one of my friends saw the post of the first Beverly's Bouquet quilt, she loved it so much she ordered the pattern. It really was challenging for her, but she's done a terrific job with it. Hobb's 80/20, So Fine on top and Bottom Line in the bobbin. MaryQuiltsTx 116 Report post Posted June 29, 2017 This is simply stunning. You did an awesome job of quilting this. The center just pops right out. LibbyG 1,018 Report post Posted June 29, 2017 Thank you for all the nice comments. I did forget to mention that I double batted with dream wool behind the applique part only. I like to do this so I don't get the extra bulk in the rest of the quilt. I love the way it added dimension to the center.
Kwiltr 269 Report post Posted June 29, 2017 Beautiful! Love the added quilting texture! Great idea to just add the extra batting in the middle. Thanks for little extra detail 1 LibbyG reacted to this Quote Kathy 2017 APQS Lucey Janome 6600P
