merelling
I'm gonna quilt this teddy bear quilt, but I need some ideas how to quilt it;)
Mary Beth
It's very cute! How's that for an idea Merete, you are such a great quilter, what is your ideas. Okay, I am not real creative so I can only come up with normal stuff. Maybe the others will have something.
witha'K'quilting
The only thing I come up with is a small background filler to make the teddy bears stand out. Cute quilt. I second Mary Beth on this one.

BethDurand
Okay, here's my 2 cents, not that it's even worth that. How about something that mimics fur behind the bears? Soft, curly, swirly. Sorry, can't draw it, I'm at the shop. (yeah, that's why. Not because I'm computer illiterate.) Then you could echo that in the pieced blocks background, but stitch something into the points of the blocks. Continues curves through the cornerstone stars, and feathers in the outer border? I hope that either makes sense, or generates some other ideas from more creative folk.
jmcclannan
I think I might want to echo around those cute little bears. The other blocks have me puzzled so I'll keep watching for what some more inspired people have to say.
Boni
I agree with the others about a filler behind the bears. Here are a couple of ideas for the paw blocks; http://www.sweetdreamsquiltstudio.com/advanced_search_result.php/search_in_description/1?keywords=bear+paw&x=0&y=0 http://search.store.yahoo.net/cgi-bin/nsearch?catalog=yhst-43015457342846&query=bear%20paw&searchsubmit=Go&vwcatalog=yhst-43015457342846&.autodone=http://store.tkquilting.com/

Quilting Heidi
Very cute quilt. I would do swirls behind the bears but make them small. I love the block design Bonnie sent for the bear paw block.

Sandra Darlington
I like the bear paw stitching designs Bonnie suggested. Really cute. Hey MB: Just wait till after I take lots of classes at MQX in April. Then maybe I'll have some ideas to suggest. I have so much trouble trying to come up with ideas for my own quilts, too. I look through my books, and still come up blank. Hopefully, the classes will help with that.
