It is Moda fabric, Sweet Romance, I don't know the name of the pattern and don't know where it is buried in my treasures I'm giving the quilt to my mother for her birthday later this month. I used the Tulip Festival panto by Hermione Agee from Willow Leaf and think the tulips in the panto look similar to the tulips in the backing and binding, which is why I chose it. Thanks for looking.
