quiltlover03
Well, aren't we getting high tech here! My magnifier sits on my nose when I am quilting, it is called "trifocal" lenses
Mercedes
Well I have to have one of these. Old eyes need all the help they can get! Mercedes
MarieBrewer
Where did you get your magnifying glass? Mine doesn't have a long neck like yours. Yours looks so much more functional.
KathyA
I wouldn't mind getting one of those either. My magnifiers clip onto my glasses, a pain.

MarieBrewer
Sheri, I went to lequilters website and they are currently out of stock. Bummer!!!
Gator
I got one just like that at AC Moore Crafts (mine is white). It was less then $20.
Mary Beth
Keep watching their web site. I was thinking we bought our at a different place then lequilters...but I would have to find the reciept and I don't have time...besides, I'm not sure if the name is on the ticket. If you go to a big show, check the Gammill booths. Like I said before, you will need to get use to using this because you will get a little vibration. Once you get past the sick feeling you will be fine
MarieBrewer
Connie, I went to the AC Moore website but didn't find the magnifier. They had one attached to a light for over $100.
Quilting Heidi
I got mine at Michaels for less that $20 - actually I think it was around $15. It as a small light on it but I don't use that much. I also like that it has screws that can be tightened and that stops the shaking but it is still positionable. Katydids
Mine too sit on the nose! I recently had to get reading glasses (it stinks to get old!). I only use them for the closeup stuff, like burying threads, SID and microwork, but wow, I can see now! And no vibration!

tootsquilts
I ordered one from Gammill. Cost $20.00, shipping $12.50. Of course I have not used it. I have no machine to use is on right now. Just gathering things up for when I get it in. Here is the link for it http://www.gammill.net/productcart/pc/viewCategories.asp?pageStyle=h&ProdSort=0&page=2&idCategory=

MarieBrewer
Connie, I went to the Michaels here in Rapid City (2 months ago) and asked if they had magnifying glasses/stuff. They said no and I walked out the door. I'm wondering if they knew what they were talking about or if they were just lazy.
