PattyJo
This was my last quilt and I'm now glad to get on with all the preparations of Christmas for myself. This quilt was beautifully pieced and my customer want only a little quilting on it. SID around the blocks and borders (which I still need more ppp on to get in that grove). Didn't want the triangle piecing to have stitching in it cause it was so busy and just a little texture in a couple of the borders. This is probably the quilt that I finished in the shortest amount of time and made the most $ on. This customer is a delight to work with and I think I may have more quilts from her in the future. Anyway, here is a couple of pictures of it..... and a closeup Thanks for looking.

RitaR
I love quilts like that, and wish I had Maddie to make one for. The feathers and leaves in the borders were a perfect choice... you and the piecer make a great combo.. RitaR

PattyJo
Thanks for the nice words. Yes, it is nice to get a quilt that doesn't require hours and hours of fussin with it. Baked cookies today, wrapped gifts last night, I'm almost ready to head up to Spokane to spend time with family for Christmas. I'm lpraying that the roads will all be good and not a repeat of last year.

kennan100
Really a pretty quilt, the light touch is perfect for it. How do you mark you wavy spings for the vines and feather treatment you did in the border? Those really do look good on this! Have a safe trip and wonderful Christmas!
