RoseCity Quilter Posted February 8, 2011 Report Posted February 8, 2011 That's right, studios - I have two, one at home where I make my tops and another at our store, where my Milli shares space with our classroom. I do quilt while classes are on, except during beginner classes. this picture is taken from the back side of my Milli while a class is in progress and I am stitching a panto.
RoseCity Quilter Posted February 8, 2011 Author Report Posted February 8, 2011 this one shows how close Milli is to the back wall.
RoseCity Quilter Posted February 8, 2011 Author Report Posted February 8, 2011 Making use of the space under Milli
RoseCity Quilter Posted February 8, 2011 Author Report Posted February 8, 2011 My space must appear tidy at all times, so enclosed cabinets
RoseCity Quilter Posted February 8, 2011 Author Report Posted February 8, 2011 Quilts waiting to be done hide on one side, books batting and other junk on other side
DoryJM Posted February 8, 2011 Report Posted February 8, 2011 NOT FAIR! TWO STUDIOS????? But....very nice. Where did you get the cabinets under your Millie??
RoseCity Quilter Posted February 8, 2011 Author Report Posted February 8, 2011 My new batting rack, copyed from someone on this forum. Love it
RoseCity Quilter Posted February 8, 2011 Author Report Posted February 8, 2011 My not so fancy Circle Lord storage. The Wood box some of it is in was a Knitting box my Hubby made for his mom, we got it back when she passed away a few years ago.
RoseCity Quilter Posted February 8, 2011 Author Report Posted February 8, 2011 Studio at home I share with Roger my hubby also a partner in our store and a avid topper!
RoseCity Quilter Posted February 8, 2011 Author Report Posted February 8, 2011 but at least we both have our own areas in this new space (renovated this past summer)
RoseCity Quilter Posted February 8, 2011 Author Report Posted February 8, 2011 Roger made this shelving for our girls years ago. They used the bottom to play with barbies! Makes a great shelf in our studio now!
RoseCity Quilter Posted February 8, 2011 Author Report Posted February 8, 2011 Love these shelves (IKEA)
RoseCity Quilter Posted February 8, 2011 Author Report Posted February 8, 2011 More shelves- I like to keep things organized. All the containers are labeled.

And I have actually had a gal look though and find the one she wanted on her quilt. BTW I like your idea of putting the closed containers on their side/ No stacking!!!! You are so creative! Thanks for sharing your space with us.
