The one-sided feather was accidental. I had begun using the varigated thread and then thought that if I continued with that, the tulips would be lost so I posted a help here on the forum as I had about decided that I should remove the varigated thread on the inside of the quilt. Laura suggested that I continue with black.....sounded like a good idea! Glad I did that as it turned out well. Thanks for your compliment!
