Oma Posted April 6, 2016 Report Share Posted April 6, 2016 I've had this top done for at least 6 years and just got it finished today. That's three quilts I've quilted in as many weeks. Yesterday I helped my friend do two baby quilts and a big quilt. Before I do any more tops I want to "service" my machine. I hit a ruler yesterday so I want to make sure nothing was damaged and I found a little screw on the floor by my machine and I swear I hear a rattle that I don't like. I'm going to lift the head off and check underneath it. Then I have about a half a dozen more quilt tops to work on. It's very large. It took my husband and my granddaughter to hold it up so I could get a picture. It's so rich looking. One of my favorites. I had planned to do custom work on this one, but opted to just have it finished in the end. I quilted it using Michael's CL Cosmos, gold Sew Fine thread and a polyester batting for loft.
