circlelord
Hi, It came to me as I read Terry's posting, and description of her use of the CL, and other's helpful comments, that you could use the APQS Circle Lord Thread to exchange ideas and hints. I never started a Circle Lord forum, because, from experience, over the last 8 years, I don't get a lot of questions. I have tried to put basic operating instructions in the manual, and have supplied pattern booklets. However, as with any tool, you can never for-see all the possibilities, of both, problems and features. Everyone has a different experience and problem area. I would also make comments and give advise as needed. What do you think? Cheers, Michael Thank you APQS for providing forum.
gable428
Michael, I totally agree. Whenever I need to research something on use of the Circle Lord, I go to the CL Forum. A lot of information is there and is very helpful. You got my vote!

Sparkle
I'm confused, where is the "Circle Lord Forum"? Is that what is listed in the drop down forum box at the top of this page. But, don't those messages travel onto the regular group "everything" messages anyway? "Today's Posting". Also, Michael, I wish you could please include the links to your website and blog with your signature. That would be helpful--- (for me at least), so that I don't have to leave the APQS forums to find you in my bookmarks, then come back here. I can just link directly over to your site(s) and click back to continue reading here. I love to see what every one is doing with their Circle Lord, and read messages about it as I try to decide if I want to ever purchase this product. Thank you----
circlelord
Angie, You are correct. you are on APQS Circle Lord Forum. It is true, that all postings do rise to top of todays postings, but many posts about the CL are under other forums. This way you get one place to look to read about the CL. I will add a signature to my posting. Cheers, Michael http://circlelord.blogspot.com/ http://www.loriclesquilting.com/

IBQLTN2
oh, yes and Michael I had asked the question on a post you had started whether or not the CL is sold for the Lenni and didnt see any response. I havent seen anyone with a Lenni post that they had one. Is it available?
circlelord
Jeanne, Sorry if I didn't answer your question earlier. We have had a Lenni Circle Lord since March 2008 and have happy users in Canada, US, Australia and England. The Lenni CL is $100.00 less than the long arm size. The July sale would make it $499.00 including the Spirals template. I have emailed you a copy of the Lenni Manual for the Circle Lord. circlelord
Kathy, I tried to send you the manual , but your mailbox would not accept it. Do you have another email address with more capacity? Please take a look at http://circlelord.blogspot.com/2007/01/sampler-by-sharon-okimi.html to see some of what you can do. bonbon
Love my circle lord templates! I just ordered and received some new templates. Haven't had a chance to try them out yet. Yes, I'm on the fantastic payment plan with Michael. I appreciate that he will do that. Be aware (as I wasn't) that along with the monthly payment on the credit card, there is now a $15 international fee (I'm in USA, CL is in Canada). This is the credit card companies that are doing this. Needless to say, I'm not happy about this and certainly raises the final cost of the CL items. They get us any way they can! Georgene
I'm glad to know about this forum, I had never noticed it before. I will post future questions, etc, on this forum. As for the International charges from credit cards, I have Visa, and my charge is only less than $2.00.
Tracy G
Michael, Have been looking at various add ons for when I finally receive my Lenni. Please could you let me know how much it would be to ship to the UK. Many thanks Tracy
circlelord
Tracy, It depends on what you order and how you ship. Air parcel post is twice the cost of surface PP. When you send your wish list, I can send a quote including shipping. Mary Beth
Okay, let me get this straight...by the Circle Lord Forum, do you mean here at APQS CL Forum, or a different forum. I noticed a lot of people have said they never noticed it before, and this one has been here for a long, long time.
Gator
Hummm, I just ordered the water and 7 treasures templates. I'll keep an eye on my credit card to see if they charge an international fee? Never had an additional fee on other orders from Canada.
JustSewSimple
What if you used Paypal. Wouldn't that stop the extra credit card fee? Michael would you please email me a manual as well?
bonbon
I've never had this international fee before either on my Visa. My friend is going to Germany this summer and she was warned about these fees on credit cards too even before I saw the one on my bill. Michael, have you heard of this?]
Quilting Heidi
Bonnie I see international transaction fees all the time at work. If somebody bought something that is marked in another currency, say Euro, the credit card company changes that to US $ and then charges you a transaction fee. I have gotten them for years in my current job.
circlelord
Hi, Circle Lord charges Visa and Master cards worldwide in US dollars, so there should be no extra charges, except maybe a small transaction fee -$2.00 Cheers, MIchael
