Sandra Darlington
A week or two ago I posted pictures of a quilt and asked for quilting suggestions. Thanks to everyones ideas, I finished it. Here are a few pictures. This one is the overview:
Sandra Darlington
Here's another... The wavy lines are supposed to be little waves. I used a Circle Lord template to make two circles on the large blocks, then used a starfish stencil inside the circles; stippled the rest of the block. Sandra Darlington
Thanks, ladies. I did spend about a week quilting this little one. Also, in the four corner stones, I did pebbles...like at the beach. Ha, ha. Just trying to keep the "sea" theme going. I was just a lot of fun to play on this one. I am always curious to know the detail of quilts I see on here, so I try to remember to post my info. This forum is so great to learn from and to share with others. Thanks, Kristina. I used most of the ideas people posted for me several weeks ago. I had quite a bit of creative help in the planning.

Sandra Darlington
Thanks for the lovely comments. I really enjoyed playing on this little quilt. I think I'll look through my stash and see if I have the "ingredients" to make another one using a different focal fabric. The pattern is fun to do and goes quickly.
