doodlebug Posted August 25, 2011 Report Share Posted August 25, 2011 wow! thanks yall! it's been a WIP, but what relationship isn't ? ...davis 'won' tho. it took him 6 years to propose and i told him i was going to make him wait six years for the wedding but he got me- it's only been four years. i wasn't going to say anything, but he's accepted a job with a government contractor and will be leaving very soon for the front lines in Afghanistan for a couple years. i'm getting my dream vegas wedding complete with a singing elvis!! what a hoot! i'm so excited and can't wait. i knew as a kid that a church wedding wasn't for me...i've got all my bridal requirements- something blue, something borrowed, and something new- all with a doodlebug twist we're leaving monday, marrying tuesday afternoon (4pm their time), and coming home thursday. you know- i only want to do this whole wedding thing once cause all these planning and details *whew* *pinkie swear* i'll share lots of pictures!
