WestieMom
I posted before pictures of this quilt a few weeks ago. It is my first "real" customer quilt and I reached out on the forum for advice on how to manage the fullness in the body of the quilt and the friendly borders. Linda R came to the rescue with detailed instructions and both Linda and Sandra cheered me on. Thanks ladies! The top and bottom measurements of the quilt were 4 inches wider than the quilt center. Lots of fullness in the blocks and friendly borders. My customer wanted basic quilting. I used Glide thread top and bottom and did a simple meander in the body of the quilt and piano keys in the borders to help ease in the waves. I'm happy with how it turned out and hope my customer is pleased with the end result. I'm glad this one is done! The pictures of the finished quilt are not that great...but you get the idea. Thanks for looking! Picture too big on first try...fullness in quilt
