peglu
Love, love the CL. This was a piece of cheater fabric that I got at JoAnnes. Already pieced, and the white squares are chenille (sp?). So, so easy, and I love how it turned out. Going to get more of this for sure. They have several different colors. Would be great for a baby quilt.
Renae
I love Chenille and would love to see close ups of your quilt. It looks fantastic!! You really did a great job on your first quilt, you are on your way!! Customers are going to be knocking on your door now, that quilt is adorable. JoleneK
Great work, I'm thinking I need to order the swirls. I have the spiral, but think I'd of like the swirls better. Love the effect the swirls have on your quilt.
RitaR
You should be very proud of that work, it looks great, and it doesn't matter at all that it's a cheater cloth.. it works and you worked well, very well. Rita

Mary Beth
Jolene, The king Swirls template is great because it has the two different sized swirls on the template that alternate. You can quilt in no time using that template...It is a must have, plus it looks so darned good on a quilt.
peglu
I'm with Mary Beth! This took me just under an hour to do. That includes the little machine issue I had. Learned the hard way to take expanded base off if machine won't budge. I looked everywhere for what was hanging it up. Took the base off and voila! hayevymae
I love the swirlies! And what a great way to practice, on a "cheater cloth"! Great job!
JoleneK
Mary Beth, I do have the swirls on my wish list but may have to wait I want to put my deposit down for the Karen McT and Sue Patton classes. I would hate to not sign up now and classes fill up. An opportunity I wouldn't want to miss.

sewlinzi
That looks great - hmm, should I sell my Hartley Fence (never use it!) and get a circle lord?! LINZI x
gable428
Peglu, looks great! I did this same template on a little quilt I did for my dogs. I couldn't quite figure out how to maneuver in and out of the little spacers between the swirls so I didn't do that part. Turned out fine though. And to answer your question Linzi--yes!!
