JoleneK
Using Bottom Line top and bobbin, I did a paisley fill, customer wanted a lot of fill and these were very quick to complete. Quilting doesn't really show much, but customer was very happy with the results. The top and backing were batiks, so had some thread breakage issues. Quilting Heidi
Wow yes that is busy. I would do Jamie Wallen's swirly meander or something like that. The quilting isn't going to show either way but at least you can add texture and it is easy to go around things.
quiltmonkey
I ditto Heidi's advice.
Katydids
Wow!!! Just meander that thing and call it done.

mskazooli
I was going to suggest loopy meanders. You're right, that is so busy!
jmcclannan
I say, put your "frogger" away and just go for it.
JillFrazior
I like all the above ideas.....or maybe 3's and E's. Not too tight....quick and easy.
bobbi
Jolene, I have a really queasy tummy lately - I don't think I could quilt that one! I think just a simple meander and be done!
Boni
OH, you have a new toy! Can I play with it? I would agree with everyone about doing a simple meander--especially after doing that Buck a Block where nothing really shows cause the fabric is so busy. Just a Thought: why not get out Darlene Epp's handy little meander/fills books and try out several different meanderings. You could make a "sampler" of your quilting and that way, if you don't like it, you're not committed over the whole quilt. Just define an area and do a little of a lot of different styles. After all, it's a scrappy pieced quilt, why not make it scrappy quilting? Use different thread, etc. Relax, have fun with it. It's definitely a "happy" quilt. Sheri Butler
I agree. Nothing's going to show. Did the customer give you any idea of what she wanted? If not, do the meander sample as Bonnie R. states above! That way, your SAFE!
dixieqwv
Place a piece of vinyl on it and draw a couple ideas ... pick the one you like and go for it. I'm a loopy person. WOW what a quilt ... it must have take hours. I do like it.
Bonnie
I agree nail it down....not to sure it wouldn't give me a headache as well.:P:P Pretty quilt, but the quilting isn't going to show....much....
chickenscratch
OMG that's crazy- literally. I would do a feathery meander or something swirly
AbigailE
If it really bothers you and you have already outlined the blocks. you can flip the quilt and quilt it from the back using the lines of your SID of the block. That was fewer headaches. Just a thought, if it really zings your eyes.
Dar
I like Boni's idea of sample quilting patterns. It goes with the them of the quilt.

TerriVB
Great choice--a nice generic fill--looks excellent and the texture always brings a quilt to life. If the customer is happy--then it was a sucess!!
Mary Beth
Great job...you deserve to take a break after that one!!

Boni
I like your paisley! That's what I call a great PPP piece. It's so busy, no one would notice my wobbles. And it's a great design for the busy fabric. Did you listen to some "groovy" music while quilting it? Good Job Jolene! Re: batiks----what a mixed blessing! I have a couple of batiks coming up and I fear the frogging cause the holes don't want to close up. They get what they get.
