sewhappy
I was working on an applique quilt for my favorite customer. I was admiring my choice of thread color & how PERFECTLY it matched the applique peice... It blended so well that I really could not see it.... I could not see it! I could not see it because I ran out of bobbin thread awhile back so I was really just perferating my peice!! LOL I just kept sewing & admiring. That's when I decided to stop for the day! When do you decide to stop? Post # 997 3 to go :cool::cool:

IBQLTN2
I know it is time to stop when I keep on quilting something that I know is going to have to come out in the morning. Staying up late to try to finish something isnt a good idea, as tired and aching backs and feet just dont make for pretty quilting!! too funny at least with no thread it wont be hard to take out:P:P

Busy Quilting
I stopped today when the first quilt I went to put on the machine had too wonky a border to work with. (The binding is already on it and starch and steam won't shrink it.) Then the second quilt didn't have enough wadding. So I spent the day organising class material and piecing instead. lnieland
Too funny!! I know it's time to quite when I've looked at two "not quite as good as they should be" designs and said, "Oh, I can get by with that!"
