WestieMom
My MIL, Audrey, lost her battle to cancer last night. She was placed in hospice care this past Friday. Up until the time she was admitted to hospice, she spent time at her daughter's home, our home, and her final weeks were spent at her own home with family and friends taking turns staying with her and caring for her. She had an amazing attitude in her last weeks and never complained once. She was an absolute angel to care for and was always so appreciative. We will miss her greatly but we're glad that she has been reunited with her one love, her husband, Earl. We will miss her laughter (she was a very funny lady) and energy. It is comforting to know that she is in the Lord's hands now and no longer in pain.

WestieMom
Thank you, ladies. She was easy to love! Not that we didn't have our moments - but what family doesn't. She had so many wonderful friends who were there to support her...and us...towards the end.
