Peggy (SewAsylum)
Oh, how pretty! I am so waiting for spring! My little dog and I want to take walks around the neighborhood. Also getting that "spring cleaning" feeling. Want to start going thru closets and drawers and getting rid of excess stuff. Been cleaning up my sewing room too, and decorating a bit. JustSewSimple
Isn't it beautiful this time of year here in the South. This is when it is wonderful to sit out on your porch in the swing and take a little nappy or speak to the neighbors as they walk past. Or sit in the hammock and read a good book! Don't get giddy, however, cause it'll be so hot in a couple of months until we can't breathe!
dbams
Must be nice. This is the end of our driveway after yesterday's 6+" of snow.
qltnbe
Betsy....looks like Michigan. I don't think Spring is ever going to come.
s.waits
Hang in there! It will eventually make its way to your area too. I'm so tired of cold and rain, the sunshine on these trees is just gorgeous!
Quilting Heidi
Sure doesn't look like that around here...well it is white.
Stagecl
We've had a nice day here, but still a few weeks before plants bloom...like probably 4, but we'll get there. Beautiful tree!
Primitive1
It was beautiful here today too, 60 and sunny, I am thinking now is the time to enjoy the outdoors before it gets to over 100 again!
dbams
qltnbe - it IS Michigan, southeastern lower Michigan, to be exact. Almost broke the record snowfall this week. Worse up north, though, where Leelanau County DID break its records for both the snowiest and coldest winter ever. And I know other areas of the country have had a hard winter, too. The contrast between Sharon's pictures and our house is pretty dramatic, though.

K. Szymaszek
Not here yet, ice and snow storm for the last couple of days. Certainly looking forward to it. K
quiltedsunflower
I've seen several robins here in NW Missouri - and there are baby calves everywhere - yup - must be almost spring!!! There is even a hint of green in that brown grass out there.
GrandmaLKB
Our snow is gone except for the remaining piles here and there left from pushing the snow off the lot. Saw 6 big fat Robins in the backyard this morning ! Mid 40s for temps today.
qltnbe
What? Those pictures up there are in Michigan? Right now? I am going to have to take a drive. I am north of Detroit and it still looks like mid winter here.
dbams
qltnbe - MY driveway picture is from Clarkston, Michigan. Sharon's pretty tree pictures are from Hattiesburg, MS. If you are north of Detroit, we are practically neighbors!
Lemon Tree Tami
Today was almost 60 degrees and sunny. There's even a few blades of grass peeking through the dead winter grass. But the forecast is for snow tomorrow. So not quite Spring here in WY, but it's thinking about it. ;-)
cblevins
My star magnolia is confused by the warm weather we have had the past few days and is trying to bud out but snow showers tomorrow! My father in law is trying to keep up with all the new baby goats so spring is close.
mountainquilter
Here in the mountains of Colorado, we still have about 1 1/2 ft. of snow in the forest. Worst winter for snow in a lot of years. Come on spring and warm weather.
