simplydivine
Well, this is certainly not as spectacular as Sherri Rodger's quilt, but I quilted a quilt that got a 3rd Place ribbon. Bed Quilts:Group. Garden Refraction. It is an "opportunity quilt" quilted for the Faithful Cirlcle Quilters of Downers Grove, IL. I am not listed on the AQS website - maybe because it is a group quilt and the guild is listed. But I may be listed as quilter on the placard hanging next to the quilt. I'm not there to see it displayed. It's fun to know that it is hanging at the show and actually won something!! The guild members constructed it and they did beautiful work using hand-dyed fabrics, applique and hand embroidery. detailed photos on my blog http://simplydivinequilts.blogspot.com Julie Karlak
