JustSewSimple
Gosh I've never seem a stack and whack that turned into a dresden plate. And in so few colors it just jumps off the page. I love the quilting you did. I'd have never thought about doing it that way but it is perfect.

doodlebug
i just hope the customer likes it. i was suppose to quilt feathers in the background, but after doodling them, it just didn't look right, so i went with a leaf meander...i even tried molar feathers, but they even looked weird... *fingers crossed*

njquiltergirl
Shannon, What a beautiful job. The feathers would have been nice too, but the open leafy design is perfect! She'll love it. Lisa

PattyJo
A very pretty quilt. I think you made the right choice with the leaf filler rather than a feather fill. The shape of the feathers would be just like shape of the Dresden Plate blocks. This makes the plates stand out better. For some reason, the Black, Pink and white makes me think of Spanish Lace. A very pretty quilt.
