chrisquilter
I have been going through some old pictures and found pictures of a quilt I made for a guild challenge 2 years ago and thougt you might like to see these. I quilted various fills in the background with matching thread and then quilted the leaves and flowers over top of the quilting with Superiors Rainbow thread. I learned this from my friend Rhonda Geroge who is an extraordinary quilter. Edit note: I just took a look at the close-up picture and realized that I did not quilt over the fill! LOL I am sure that I intended to origionally. I had to go look at the quilt itself to confirm that there is no quilting there. Oh man, I hate getting old and not remembering correctly!
