I am so glad you posted the close-ups, not only to see your great stitching, but also because of those "one piece nine patches"--all cut from a print! Too cute and a great idea to add interest to the top. (Is everyone scrolling up to look again?) The fabric choices are perfect for a baby quilt that is more sophisticated and can be used for a long time--I hope they hang it because it's a stunner!
