RoseCity Quilter
Actually no stress here! Everything well under control and lots of help! Lots of family around to help and this amazing group of friends helping to decorate our yard (ceremony in our yard), and coming to serve the food at the reception. So thankful! whitepinesquilter
Oh, the fun memories after it's all over! We made all the food for our daughters' weddings, and have fond memories of it all, especially all the pie baking in the middle of August for one of them (they chose to have pies instead of wedding cake). Congrats to you all! Btw, what is yorkshire pudding?

Shar Schmutz
A special time, enjoy it to the max! Those look like giant popovers, I'm not sure what Yorkshire Pudding is, but it looks good so far!
RoseCity Quilter
Yorkshire pudding is basically Popovers. It is a traditional English side served with Roast Beef. You pour gravy over them, mmmmmmm so good! Traditionally it was made in a cake pan and cut into pieces, a lot of people now make them in muffin pans, just easier........ Anniquilter
Ardelle, I love that you call them yorkshire puddings not popovers! I had been living in the US for years before I realized what a popover was! Best wishes for a stress free and wonderful wedding!
Borderline Quilter
Ardelle, can I come over????? Don't forget the Horseradish sauce....yummy!
RitaR
Ardelle, Many thanks for clairifying what a Yorkshire Pudding is. When I first saw the pict I wondered if they were pop overs, or a diff shape to a cream puff. Shall try them with the natural gravy, not the canned, or package kind of gravy (YUK !! ). Now to the most important part, Congrats to you and the Bride, and everyone, as well as best wishes... It sounds like you are being one of a kind, relaxed brides Mom.. that is terrific, too. I use to make these when I was in Jr. High and just learned them in our Home Ec. class. It was one of the few "sweets" my Dad and brothers would eat, with my little Sis and I helping them. Don't know why it stopped. Just stay relaxed, safe, and healthy, all of the wedding party and helpers, too. Rita
