sdaurio
I've done several pantos with my new bliss rails but this was the first custom with the new rails. I just can't get over the difference. This one is for relay for life in honor of my two sister in laws, it's Hope Take Flight (free pattern on Robert Kaufman site). I marked the words, butterflies, dragonflies and flowers with blue marker and then just had fun with it. After so many pantos it was good to get back on the other side of the frame. K. Szymaszek
You and bliss make a great combo. The quilt is wonderful. Love the butterflies, did you draft them yourself or is it a stencil?
sdaurio
Thanks for the kind words on the quilt. I seriously love the new rails. The butterflies, dragonflies and flowers were templates from Judi Madsen's book, Quilting Wide Open Spaces. They are on the cd in the book so you print them any size you like, card stock works great.
