witha'K'quilting
The teal flowers were fused to the top, then quilted on the longarm. The quilting is basic stipple meander in the black and white log cabin blocks, then I 'played' in the petals of the flowers. This quilt is 77" x 95". I had more fun doing this quilt 'for me'. It was a project that I started nearly 3 years ago! I have been looking for just the right flowers to add to it, then the new McCall's Quilting magazine came out...and voila'! Boy, will I be glad when the binding is on and I can start using it. The flowers go on my side of the bed. My husband gets the plain side. closeup of small flower: closeup of large flower:

Linda G. Craig
Ooooo, I love that quilt! I've been saving b/w fabrics for some time and everytime I see a quilt in the b/w it always catches my eye. I really love the addition of the flowers, it really completes the quilt, doesn't it. Way to go!
