jmcclannan
Stunningly "nice"! She obviously did not fully appreciate the amount of work that went into that masterpiece.

Kageb1
Very nice! It is pretty enough on the back to use THAT side! You really put a lot of work into that one...I can't imagine going around all that 3D stuff on the border...I think I would have pulled most of my hair out over that one. countrystitcher
I think the customer was dumbstruck and "nice" was all she could get out of her mouth...she probably took it home and said lots and lots of good things about the quilting. I do hope it wins a ribbon at the fair - good luck! Excellent job! Sharon

JoleneK
Absolutely stunning, I was shocked to read your customers response of "that's nice". Has she lost her mind? She'll change her mind when she hears the wonderful reaction people give it at the fair.

ramona-quilter
Wow, Laura, that is stunning. You certainly had a plan for this quilt. That back shows how well you executed that plan. Are your fingers numb from all that ruler work?
Laura Farnham
Unfortunately, I did not charge her accordingly for this job, but your comments made my efforts worth it! Live and learn! Thank you all again for your comments. Just to clarify, this quilt is not the one being entered in the county fair. It is another quilt from another customer. Judging is today, I'll let you know. As soon as it comes back, I'll get some pictures of it. Thanks again, Laura
Hollyrw
I just realized that I didn't comment on this when I saw it a few days ago. I think you did a fabulous job and it's given me some inspiration for a blooming 9 patch I have to do.
Boni
117x127=about 11.5 square yards. With all the CC and ruler work, you must charge a minimum of $350!!! Tell me you were in the ballpark, ok? It is beautifully done!
