pfrost
It's a truly beautiful quilt. Love your quilting designs & the colors in the quilt. Everything about it is just lovely. Please share your techniques for the curved cross-hatching and your method for marking (if you did) the quilt. Thanks. Pat AZ:cool: Mille

hollyc
Geez, I'm blushing. What a forum! I used cross hatching rulers The quilt is mine No stencils, only marked a + in the middle for the cross hatching and the spine for the feathers. I use a chalk pen, comes out pretty easily to mark. The border was just an overlapping curve. I think the most challenging part was how to end the feathers that bumped into other feathers. Thanks to all of you. qwltnldy
Wow! That is a lovely quilt. Looks like Kimmy Brunner's Twirly Whirly Feathers. And Judy Allen's curved crosshatch. What a fantastic job.

Zora
Everything about this quilt is truly lovely. Your blending of background fabrics and the color choice for the blocks is beautiful. Add to that the intricate and perfectly executed quilting, and this is one of the prettiest quilts I have ever seen. I agree that you should enter this in quilt shows and the state fair. You have every right to be really proud.
