quiltlover03 Posted October 15, 2010 Report Share Posted October 15, 2010 A few months ago one of our esteemed members asked if anyone was interested in a "quilting trade". She had a big top she didn't know what to do with and the instant I saw it I knew the right pattern for it. I showed her my king size top, made earlier in the year, and she was up to the challenge. So we each packed up our respective Quilt tops, batting and backing and sent them off. I have to tell you, my Quilt started out as a table topper for my online store. Once the center was done, I thought I should make at least a lap Quilt. My husband saw that and "loved " it and suggested a Quilt for our bed, so it became just that. I still have to quilt the pillow shams, but I staged everything so you can see the final result. By the way....our own Doodlebug was the quilter, and everything is just absolutely PERFECT!
