JustSewSimple
I did a panto on this quilt and it had tons of quilting in it. I did that to help nail down most of those little seams. This one was done with silk batting and this lady is a perfect piecer!

s.waits
OOOOOOhhhhhhhh, verrrry pretty! All those lovely floral prints are just my style! You did a lovely job. Lots of questions running through my head. How was the silk batting to work with? Is it soft? does it have a nice drape, it looks like it does in the photo. Obviously I've never used (or for that matter, never seen) silk batting. Is Lattice Basket the name of the pattern? Thanks for sharing!
JustSewSimple
I think the Lattice Basket is the name of the pattern and I found it somewhere on the web free. The silk was a joy to use. Soft - liked whipped cream! It is also light as a feather!

Boni
What else could you have done besides E2E? Trying to follow all those under and overs would have taken quite a long time. I love anything woven like that. Celtic Knots are captivating. Good call Sylvia! and very well executed. BTW I'm only 5'3" and shrinking too. I keep my work area at a comfortable elbow height. Works for me.

LibbyG
This is the pattern Kay from Scotland used in her blue and white quiltazoid practice quilt. Then our friend from Kath, from the UK, used it, too. They made the bigger blocks and it was really pretty, too. You did a great job on it. Can you imagine sewing all those blocks and not messing up the pattern??
JustSewSimple
I have the pattern and read over it and studies it and I don't think I could do it. I know you have to start at the bottom left side and work out from there. I'd be blind after the first hour or so.
Borderline Quilter
That is so dainty with the small blocks and feminine colours love it!
GrandmaLKB
Where might I find that pattern? I did an online search, but didn't come up with anything like that. Only one place and it was part of a class but not just a pattern offered.
