RitaR Posted August 1, 2013 Report Share Posted August 1, 2013 Tomorrow, Fri. Aug 2, I will be having somes pine surgery to have the neurostimulator and the many tiny wires in my spine removed. It has to be an overnighter as required for anyone who uses a Cpap. Won't know time until between 4 and 6 and we won't be home at that time. We are leaving to go hand out SF2T boxes now, and won't be back until after 8 this evening. I will probably just fall into bed and get a good nights sleep. Thanks for thinking of and praying. RitaR Posted August 2, 2013 Author Report Share Posted August 2, 2013 Marci, I am having the stimulator taken out. It only helped for a couple years, then it didnt.. I've been wanting it out for 3 years. Finally a neurosurgeon said he would take it out, then he could evaluate the rest of the spine. Can't have an MRI of the trunk of the body when it is in or it will severely burn your spinal cord. I pray your nephew will have great relief and your Mom through her heart surgery.
