Helen G
Beautiful Linda, the quilting really enhanced the piecing and pulls it all together. Wonderful!!

ramona-quilter
SheriB, yes, Cheryl (aka SoCalGal) will be there this year. She is hooked on MQS, I think. The "flower" is not the one I planned to use. Carla Barrett has a signature flower that I wanted to use because it went perfectly with the little flowers in the green and purple print. I measure, drew, erase and finally had a workable stencil. But I got cold feet. And if you've seen my feet, that is a lot of cold. So I went with what I am comfortable with, Diana Phillips Flower Power. That book is fabulous. Great patterns for separate blocks, shows the stitch sequence and these are done from the front of the machine. Thank you for the nice comments. I tried some new stuff in this one (sashing with beadboard, diagonal lines in a row, a line of circles. Not perfect but I feel like I get better with each one I try. No slacking off for me. You guys are too much competition.
