Kerstin,

Looks like you had a lot of fun! The quilts on the walls are beautiful and I loved the zipper bag! What a fun idea! Aren't you just wanting to quilt feathers on everything after watching Claudia make it look so easy?

It looks like you had a great time with Claudia! It is nice that you can get to her studio and learn from her.

The zipper bag is cute. I saw it stitched on a Sewing with Nancy show a while back but don't recall if it was a technique she was sharing or if there is a book/pattern to purchase.

Hi Kerstin,

yes the classes with claudia are very nice. We had a lot of fun and enjoyed our time.

Thank you for the pictures, i´m so sorry to forget my camera. Your practice at home is very good.

I think you can start very soon with your work on real quilts.

Have a nice time

Hello Kerstin,

nice to see us working in the class, we all had a great time I think,

you already did a great job remaking all the patterns, they're looking nice

I'm wondering what are the colored spots on your black zipper bag?

enjoy the Millinium and the (P)heathers

Vicki you're right :) I would like to quilt feathers everywhere, not only quilting also doodle feathers, dreaming feathers .... :D :D

Hello Jo, the little spots on the zipper bag are (I think you guessed it :) ) Swarowsky Hot Fix stones ...

Christine, if you like to have some photos in a higher quality just tell me. And don't forget, you are on your way also! :) Happy quilting!

Now that's funny? I can't do anything in that position but fall over on my head!! :D. You are so talented Claudia! No wonder everyone always looks like they are having so much fun in your classes!

Thank you for the pic. I can't believe that I never thought of the "riding tandem", what a great way to give students/customers the "feel of a design" etc. Can't wait to try it with next customer!!
