I dew quilting
This is a memory quilt for a friend who lost his father last year. The stars are made from his father's shirts. I quilted the wife, children and grandchildren's name in a circle around the quilt. See more http://dewquilting.blogspot.com I'm new in this forum and can't seem to reply to comments, even with help from Ann. I clicked on mulitquote and quote typed a reply but doesn't show up anywhere. Answer to a few questions. Pattern is RockStar by Primitive Gatherings, with a few changes, left off one of the stars so I would have the right number, one for each family member. 2 layers of batting, Tuscany wool batting on top and 80/20 on the bottom. SoFine thread on top and in the bobbin.
