PattyJo
Good question Shannon. I have a magazine holder that I put mine in. But you gotta be creative cause they are a bit cumbersom!

doodlebug
carmen i ordered (and received) Linda Rech's rulers that snap on the leveler bar for cross hatching. you can search and find all sorts of posts about them. i was trying to figure out how to get them on pegboard. thanks bonnie. (mama knows everything...) i was gonna get davis to drill to holes on the ends of the rulers.... sweet, thanks!

seakitten
I have gotten mine too, , and am VERY happy with them (hope Linda's listening here). I haven't had much chance to use them yet, but believe me I will. Have not figured out the storage yet; thanks, Shannon, for bringing that up. quiltmonkey
Shannon, (aka Miss Doodlebugging) ...OK I expect to see some Rulerbugging from you very soon.
witha'K'quilting
Shannon, here is what I did to hang mine: It works for me. I just have to place the flat sides together before slipping them into their hanger. Don't have it too high on the wall, or you can't slip them in/out. ffq-lar
Leave it to brilliant quilters to find the easy way! Kristina, I will have Den fix me up a holder like yours!! My rulers sit on a cluttered shelf.
doodlebug
okay- after a trip to HomeD, this is what i have now. the good thing is i freed up a drawer that all these were in (and hung some that didn't fit in it) i'll be using that for threads. you can see linda's ruler to the far left total cost: under $20 ($6 for the peg board and $10 for all the various little hooks and 'shelves') i'm happy cause i finally found a non-awkward storing place for my ruler base!! that's worth a *happy pants dance* and as you can see, i have some space for a more.... :P:D:P:D
Sandra Darlington
What great storage ideas. I have my CH rulers in a rubber maid bin which also houses most of my CL parts (but not the large pattern boards). I keep the bin under my frame. gaildrake
I recieved my pattern grid in the mail in one of those tubes that you can ship things in that can be rolled up, Well, now my cross hatching rulers are in that and they fit nicely. I like that type of recycling and I may even decorate it. It's just plain white.

IBQLTN2
I just store mine under the frame on top of some boxes, I actually dug them out this weekend and I am trying them out on a quilt that I am working on now. Will post pictures later this week when I finish it. They seem to be working great so far so good!!

Bonnie...you just might have something there. That gives me something to think about. I have two bookcases that I'm thinking of putting on wheels just so I can move them out of the way, if necessary. I'm having so much fun planning!
