Those two things help me the most. I would say to also make sure your shoulders are relaxed and use manual mode, starting out slow. That's what I did, and after a minute or two I stopped and turned up the speed a little. Then, I turned it up again till I found the speed that was most comfy for me. I also lean up against the bar.
