connieb
This is for a friend of the family. It was a lot of work. I wasn't always happy with my stitching but I am happy with the way it came out. She wanted the leaves in the back ground. Sorry these are so big. connieb
The pattern is called "island chain" by Kim Brackett. It is in her book Scrap-Basket Sensations. I used Minkee(sp) on the back and live the effect it gives when quilted. Thank you for all the wonderful comments.

LadyLake
Very cool, Connie! Your stitching looks fantastic! I thought that I spotted a yellow tennis ball in one of those pictures, but decided that it was my imagination, since I have 3 dogs. Those fun bugs always like to get in the center of attention!
