quiltingjoyful51
I used two of Ronda's ruler together because the my curve wasn't exactly right to use one. I kinda just use parts of the curve to keep my lines spaced where I wanted them. That looks wonderful! What ruler did you use for the curved crosshatching? quiltingjoyful51
Great curved crosshatch! I am so impressed with your cables, I have never been able to do those. The cable was an old stencil from hand quilting that i chalked onto the border then followed one line from end to end, moved along a line to go back the other way.all lines were done without cutting the thread. quiltingjoyful51
Beautiful job Joyce! Can I ask what ruler you used for the curved crosshatching? I'm sure others will want to know too. Thank You,Darlene, I used Quilters Rule large leaf to do the first curve , then I used the lines on the Ronda's Double "S" Ruler Med. to keep my spacing the same distance apart. It did not have the same curve I just moved it along the line to keep the spacing. It was a case of making due with what was on hand.
