Lisa Mullins
This quilt was my first big ruler work project. It was a beautifully pieced quilt.

Quilting Heidi
Lisa, Thank you for sharing. I would have thought that it would have detracted from the quilt by quilting through the middle like that but it really didn't and made it just beautiful! Great job. Lisa Mullins
Thank you all for the great compliments! I look at everyone else's quilting and know that I have so much to learn from all of you. Your kind words mean so much. Kristie and Kathleen....It is 102 x 90 and it took me about 7 hours total including loading it on the machine. I had to take lots of breaks so that I could keep it all steady. I used the Hartley Base and rulers for this. I thought it would have taken longer so I was pleasantly suprised when I looked at my quilting log. Whomever suggested that I keep a log is a godsend! It has really shown me how to charge for my time and as a newbie that is so hard to estimate!
Sandra Darlington
It's gorgeous and it only took 7 hours??? I am amazed it didn't take you a lot longer for such a large quilt. Great job!
