PamelaA
If I have done this right there will be a picture of a quilt I just finished. It is a Carol Morrissey design called Clown School.
Georgene
That is really precious and the name is cute. I was thinking a quilt for a Clown School, not a school of fish. I'm impressed with the applique, I'll do more of that one day. I admire it very much.

meg_marsh
really cute - I love that you did all the water type stitching over the fish rather than stitching the fish - after all the fish are swimming in the water. love it!! Boni
What kind of music did you listen to while you were doing the water stipple? It's lovely and looks rhythmical! Nice job.

Gator
Love the quilt. I'm with Georgene, when I read the title I thought I'd be seeing "clowns"! The fish was a pleasant surprize. The water quilting is great, wish I would have seen it prior to finishing a baby quilt with divers (Dad is a Navy diver) on it. GREAT JOB.

Just Sew Simple
You blew me away with the title too. I never thought of fish. It is toooooo cute! We once had a 75 gal tank of barbs and such and I love, love, loved it. Unfortunately I woke up one morning to water on my oak flooring and all 100 fish hovering in the 2 inches of water left in the tank. The side seam split. The fish survived but the floor did not. Judi
I was thinking the same as everybody else!!! I was wondering "what would the quilt look like if it is for a school for Clowns?" Big red rubber nose? Bright colors... Squeaky things? Water squirting? Big Shoes flopping? Now you have me thinking....... of a really "interactive" kind of quilt!! One that is meant to be touchy - feely!! Oh - I do like the little fishes though - very cute!
