shelleywa
Hi all, This is a quilt I specifically made to practice using templates, and to try freehand feathers. I learned so much with Mindy Caspersen's DVD 'Longarmed and Fabulous." The feathers are a bit wobbly; I hope I've improved a bit since I did this! There are about 9 photos, hope I've got the right size - thankyou to Suzanne and Bobbie who gave the info how to do photos and the avatar. shelleywa
Thankyou so much to you all for your kind words of encouragement! I love blue and white and yellow together - it DOES look so crisp and clean. I used Matilda's own wool/poly blend ( my favourite) for the quilt, as it makes for a faux trapuntoed look. Roberta, I just repeated the steps of posting one picture, but pressed enter a couple of times in between to create a space ( which I missed on the first two pictures.) I just hope I can remember next time! I've just finished my last custom quilt on my current machine before I take delivery of my Millenium! Yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
