cjtinkle
Working on the binding now. I know you gals always feather these, but I'm a panto girl and wanted to share something different. The panto is "Clematis" by Willow Leaf Studio.

JudyLynn
That is a beautiful quilt, and I really like your choice of quiltiing pattern. I think sometimes too much emphasis is put on "custom" or "feathers". I think you did a wonderful job. Nice gift.

LOL I have to use that for a quilt for my mom. My mom had gotten a new clematis plant and was telling me about it. She says, "Oh I got a new plant, ummmm, ummm oh yeah Chlamydia!" Then she followed that up with "and I have been out in the yard humping all day." I laughed until I cried and still tease her about that.

CindyT
That's beautiful! And the material you did your label on is the same patterned material I had used in my mom and dad's 50th wedding anniversary quilt! Love that panto on the quilt. What thread did you use? It almost looks copper from the way the pictures look to me.
Terri C.
What a beautiful gift. I love the panto you put on it and what a nice label you made for it, they should just love this one (lucky parents). Now to go order that panto for a Christmas gift to myself . Thanks for sharing. cjtinkle
Thanks everyone! The thread is a 30wt Valdani hand dye in deep golds (variegated) but doesn't show well in the photos. I just finished binding it, so hope to get some outdoor pictures soon. I will never use that thread again though, ugh. What a PITA!
