CindyT
I have a life long friend minus 1 day (I was born first) that we were born in the same hospital, grew up in the country literally just down the country road from each other until high school and have continued to celebrate our birthdays together all these years. Here's the mini I made for her from leftover pieces from another quilt. Her favorite color is pink. It's not perfect quilting, but I'm still learning every day. I tell myself when I quit learning, I'll have to give it up, and at this point, I don't ever see giving it up!

Georgene
Cindy, I'm with you. The more I learn, the more I know I need to learn. Beautiful quilt. If you hadn't put that ruler there, I might have thought it was much bigger.
CindyT
Yep, the ruler really puts a perspective on the small pieces. I'm hooked though. Thanks for all the positive feedback. I guess if she doesn't like it, I can show her this thread.
