Borderline Quilter
Hi everybody, it's been a while but I'm getting back into the groove just now.... I recently had the pleasure of quilting a top as a surprise for my customer's Mother! I used a gold coloured Glide thread in both neeedle and bobbin for the coloured fabrics and cream in the background with Hobbs 80/20 batting. I used my quitazoid for the spines in the wreaths but all else is freemotion hand guided. The quilt finished at 100 x 90 inches! As usual more info on my blog if your interested... Bonnie H
Another beauty, Kay! I'm not big on batiks but have wondered lately how they would look on a white background fabric as opposed to a batik background fabric. This quilt confirms it's very nice indeed
