ffq-lar
I thought I'd share this traditional treatment for a diagonal-set Log Cabin. An overall with blue thread on the border and brown thread on the darks. Beige thread and slightly-curvy feathers along the lights. Thanks for looking! LibbyG
Do you ever alternate the feathers, making one row up and the other down?
ffq-lar
Do you ever alternate the feathers, making one row up and the other down? Hi Libby. Funny you should ask-- I talked to my customer and asked her which she'd prefer. I have done Log Cabins with this set by running the light diagonal feathers up and the dark diagonal feathers down, though. This one was so dark I didn't think the upgrade to all feathers was called for. She set a specific budget which just allowed the designs used.
