witha'K'quilting
i love how this quilt turned out. my friend made it and wanted an overall loopy meander. i couldn't not do something with that border...so I stitched around all the applique and added beadboard to the outside of the applique. I finished this quilt back in early December...and just remembered I didn't post. i should add that my friend had an HQ16 and used to do her own quilting. so I get very nervous when she asks me to finish her quilts. i guess you can say i am intimidated by her? not sure why exactly. we are very dear friends, and she always tells me she loves my work. ans she must...she almost always has another top ready for me to pick up when I finish one. CindyT
That turned out wonderful, and you're right on that border with treating it the way you did. I'm sure your friend must think highly of your quilting or else she wouldn't keep coming back for more! Way to go!

Quilting Heidi
That quilt came out very nice. I would say that is one of the highest honors to be asked to quilt a quilt of another longarm quilter.
